- Video projector with PC connection will be available.
- Deliver your slides on a diskette at the conference or bring your own laptop computer.
- Download a Powerpoint 4 file as a template for slides.

- Attendees (authors and others) are encouraged to show demonstrations, posters etc. during CEC'99.
- PC, video projector and WWW connection will be made available as necessary.
- Deliver demonstration material in digital format at the conference for possible inclusion in the CDROM.
- The proceedings will be available as a printed book at CEC99
- After CEC99 the proceedings will be available from VTT and
CIB (information will be given on this web site).
- We are considering to print CDROMs containing the sracts, papers, slide presentation and possible demonstrations shown at CEC'99.
- Accepted abstracts. Abstract submission is closed.
- Submission of papers is closed.

- Submitted abstracts were reviewed by the Organising Committee.
- Authors of accepted abstracts were invited to submit a paper. Each paper was reviewed by minimum 3 members of the International Scientific Committee. Modifications of most accepted papers were requested.
