The aim of the project is to develop service concept that consists of the quantities control of whole life- cycle of the building. Within the concept the quantities gathered from the designers will be transferred from the program to the as build- database. Development of service concept supporting IT solutions by Internet, DataWarehouse and IFC technology will play the key role in development work.
