Project summary:

ELSEWISE was a part of the EC funded Esprit programme. ELSEWISE was one of the end user reference projects initiated by the EC as part of the preparation for the 5th framework RTD programmes. The project aims to define requirements and development strategies for large scale engineering industries such as construction. The results of the project were reports. The aim of the Finnish team was to promote Finnish priorities in Europe and to learn from other countries.
