The aim of the project was to clarify the conditions for creating information system meant for real estate management. The needs and the expectations of real estate managers related to real estate information were investigated in pre-study phase.
The information sources, availability, usability and compatibility was clarified for preparing the information needed in the project. The technical feasibility of the system was investigated by charting the interfaces properties between information systems and transfer.
