Project summary:

Project developed an Internet based concept for information and communication activities in community planning. The research and test areas are the advantages and disadvantages of technical solutions, production of services, quality issues, information transfer and dialogue. The studies were made from the point of view of different interest groups. Concept was tested in a couple of pilot projects.
