Project summary:

Main objective is to develop uniform real estate management and construction processes for Rovaniemen Teollisuuskylä (real estate owner organization owned by the City of Rovaniemi) and Rosa Oy (real estate developer organization).

Project will create database that advances internal data transfer in organization, accelerates creation of documents and archives documents in logical order. In addition procedures for internal data transfer between project participants will be developed. Database structure will enable common procedures in the organizations and guide users to appropriate processes.
