Project summary:

The project is defining and modeling the essential decision making processes and information requirements in Facility Management. Based on these definition and models the project will produce methods and tools to capture, digitize and improve the information of existing real property. The focus of the project in all phases is in existing buildings, life cycle costs and profit. 

The deliverables of the project are model for decision making in FM, information requirements for essential information, new working methods and prototype software to decision support.
