Project summary:

Project will develop product model based design - build - maintenance process to enable the use of 3D product model as the information source for different participants.

Project includes development of product model based process, data transfer models, design instructions and basic structures for object libraries.

Member companies of the Confederation of Finnish Construction Industries RT will support development work by testing the results in real projects and with real products. Development work will be done in co-operation with owners, designers and other interest groups. Results will be openly available product modeling instructions, procedures and regulations.
