Project summary:

The primary project goal is to develop organizational and management concepts for multi-partner building projects utilizing the CEE. Currently, the CEE is not being utilized to its full potential. We propose that by accomplishing three objectives, we can facilitate a more optimal utilization of the CEE in building projects. The three objectives are: 

• to develop performance indicators for measuring the impact of using the CEE 
• to identify the building industry's key requirements for the generic CEE 
• to develop guidelines for the implementation of the CEE into multi-partner projects
