Project summary:

Pilot the use of Product Model approach and the IFC's in a real construction project. Study the use of product model in operation and maintenance phase of facilities. 

Goal 1: Formulation of the client's briefing information in a structured way to enable the utilization of product models in the early phases of a construction project. 

Goal 2: Implementing the product model approach for information exchange using a project data bank 

Goal 3: Analyze 4D model approach using Product Model and IFC's. 

Achieved results:

CIFE at Stanford University has made a project report, which presents the project in detail and analysis the experiences of the new product model based interoperable tools.
