Project summary:

The project developed common instructions for construction project partners how to create, modify, use, save and update FM/PM information. The database structures were examined from the viewpoints of the owners, proprietors and users. The focus was in the space utilization and maintaining the value of the property. Designers, engineers and contractors participate to the development project in IT utilization and definitions of project and liability documentation.
