Project summary:

The project produced an IT manual for structural and foundation engineering. Also the current IAI/IFC development was taken into account. The goal was to collect and standardize the latest information of CAD, data transfer and data product modeling in the national and international R&D. The manual enables integrated and more effective design and construction processes and further development of data product modeling. 

The authors of the manual are practicing engineers. Building Information Institute is coordinating the work with the Structural and CAD Committees of SKOL ry.
