Project summary:
R.E.I.N - Real Estate Information Network is an information system combining different parties on real estate market by using the new media. ¨
Key features in R.E.I.N are:
- Software for marketing and client management applied for different real estate and residence business
models, e.g.
- management of sale and rental of buildings and apartments and management of client companies and individuals
- update links to Internet market sites, own web pages, text television and newspapers from different FM systems by using a single transfer interface
- links to Institute for Real Estate Economics for delivering and utilizing the statistical information
- user interface and links to call center network to enable for example management of backlogs in telephone systems and outsourcing of routines
- possibilities to establish branch specific and smaller collaboration networks
