Project summary:

The aim of the project was to describe a method that helps to manage the strategic development and implementation of IT-systems of real estate management. The competitiveness and profitability are improved by IT-systems. The method helps to 

1. achieve bigger return of money of the IT investment 
2. manage better the changed processes. 

Software types of the markets are verified. The project studies costs and benefits of IT-investment. The verifications help the manager to make decisions.
